Audiovox 8900 Data Cable Software Help

Hi...
I have an Audiovox 8900 through US Cellular. I just got a USB data cable, and have tried to set up both QPST, and Bitpim, but still can't get to a point where I can transfer files. In QPST, I don't know what to enter as my Service Programming Code. How can I find what this is?

In Bitpim, I can view the filesystem structure, but that is all. When I try to "Get Phone Data", I get errors.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

You can go to tube and type in your information and it will have different information coming up on the screen, and they will show you videos that can help you out it's really helpful.
 
solo intento descargar un par de canciones porque tengo que tocar en clase, y este foro no me permite descargar si no he posteado cinco veces, saludos^^
