AUDIO: TXi 500 / KICKER CVT 10-2 10" or KICKER CVT104 10" shallow mount?

I have an amp HIFONIC TXi 500 and i want either KICKER CVT 10-2 10" or KICKER CVT104 10" shallow mount for my gmc canyon, which ones should i but for it to get the best out of my amp? Or any recommendations? Will the amp and subs work ok?...

Also, whats the difference with the omhs because the kicker cvt10-2 is 2 and the cvt104 is 4?
