back pain since 10 years but last two years became intolerable and disabiling

I have a disturbing & persisting upper back pain, weakness, inter scapular and mid back, totally bed ridden for one year now, & i wish if i could have a consultation as regard my case, cause all our specialists when evaluating the MRI they say it is a small cervical disc & dorsal spnondylosis, hemangiomata, (some said descitis need to take sample) just go on your life ignore any pain !! where is the pain is really severe enough to limit all my activities even can't sit for few minutes without back & neck support only improved a little on Tramal, all lap investigations were free just low calcium level

if you have any advise , i have had many physiotherapy sessions with no help. the pain is not radicular & is mainly in the upper back & interscapular region , * comment removed * , 37 yrs old , 70 Kg , 175 cm , & was an athlete but stopped training from many years.
the main conflict is that the symptoms & the upper back pain in certain is out af any radiological or clinical findings, which lead us to think in any other underlying rhumatological disease but nothing were certain, the only unexplained thing is that there is cracking sound or audible click with mobilization or pressure on the back in few dorsal vertebrae as if it is unstable or hyper mobile this is followed with relief of the pain , however i visit a chiropractor with no help. used all the topical & systemic NSARAB , antidepressants as TCA & SSRI , colchicine , calcium & vit. D , vit.b complex , muscle relaxants .... etc.. still suffering to the degree that i leaft my work staying at home sleeping all the day any minor activity elicit a cycle of the pain. lastly i've minor intervention

one thing that would help me tons to help you in the very best way here is knowing just EXACTLY where that hemangioma is located? when i saw the "atypical" in your post i just popped in here to see if this had anything to do with hemangioma within the spine or even more insane as far as symptoms go, within the actual spinal cord. if you have a copy of your actual MRI report,it would be great if you could type out the actual summary at the very end? espescially all the wording used to describe the 'hemagiomata" this is the very same as hemangioma or angioma too. i had/have,still part of a hemangioma within my actual spinal cord and can sooo totally relate to he insanity of symptoms you can get with these. any info you can provide from the MRI report would help. Marcia
