Attn Symbian T9 Users: don't save "lmk" into your dictionary!

It never changes. Save lmk into your dictionary and let me know when it changes over to lol

And to the last post, it's a north american thing. We call it the pound key, nobody here says hash but I know that's the custom overseas

Are you sure it goes to the word you use most often? I use "no" very often, but everytime I hit 6 twice, it goes to "on" first.

Trust me, it doesn't. I don't think T9 on any platform could ever do justice to the on/no dilemma lol. They're both equally used in my vocab......go/in, there's another one......

Thanks for posting the workaround though, I never would have thought to do that. I had drunkenly saved a punch of gibberish the other night and all my common words needed to be switched. Saved me from a hard reset thats for sure

yip i find it annoying too, i already requested it to the n95 beta team when i was testing the n95...maybe they will do something about it in the future.

Hmmm, lessee here. In the states it's pound, in UK it's hash. Just like when it's a cigarette here, and in the UK it's a derogatory words towards gays (for the US). Very simple really.

Please note that in no way do I promote or condone discrimination based on race, gender or sexual preference.
