Personally I think the evidence overwhelming shows the government didn't orchestrate the attacks, but wants to keep evidence from the public so they don't see the incompetencies that it had to allow the attacks to take place, and allow Bin Laden to evade capture up to this day.
 
I'm not suggesting there was any kind of conspiracy behind 9/11. I'm suggesting the simple fact that there's a LOT of Republican interest in the MIC, and there always has been. 9/11 simply presented them with the opportunity to reverse many of Clinton's military cuts and bring back their favorite old pork barrel from the 40s to the late 80s/early 90s.

That's not to say Democrats are without fault, most of them voted for the USA PATRIOT Act, and authorized the Iraq War.

Both parties are all about power grabs and spending as much as possible on their own interests. The number of people in politics that remember our federal government is supposed to have limited power is frighteningly small.

Don't worry about it brosephine. The DEA has nipped that whole drug thing in the bud. There's no way terrorists are getting any drug money, at least not from US Americans.
 
your vote doesn't count anyway as long as the electoral college is still in place. The election has already been bought and sold, best thing for the public to do is to vote "none of the above" and then raise hell about the electoral college after the obvious outcome.
