Got a question for you...

Trying to get this 7290 activated on a 2nd line on my account...I haven't been a member yet for 6 months (August 22nd will be 6 months).

They are saying I can add a 2nd line now and pay $250 deposit, or wait until August 22nd and activate the 2nd line with no deposit...

Question: Any way around this, or are there any TMo Reps/Employees here that can pull a string or two to get this waived?

Please let me know...

Crazy thing is I qualified for a 2nd line when I signed up with TMobile but obviously didn't need it at the time....

Never been even an hour late on any payments either.
 
N8, if your problem isnt solved please look up andrewd, he is a TMO rep and personal friend and Im not saying he can do what you need, but you can try!

Yes and no let me start. I have seen people and have been told many times, many times by t-mobile that you have to wait until the day to have to not pay the depoisit.

thought on the other hand, you can call t-mobile tell them look ( I have never been late with my payment, I have been a good customer for this many amount of times) I really need this line for business. Can you please do somthing for me?

give that a try, me calling as a dealer they usually tell me the same thing, you have to wait until august, but I have seen it to where they can do it early.
