SO I have been with ATT for at least 12 years and have 4 phones on the family plan including an Iphone, and have family messaging...and just purchased family map as I have a new driver in the family.
Not only do they have me for wireless, but internet and uverse. The only cell phone that has internet is the IPHONE - it is not required on our other phones.
Heres my problem with ATT: they bill me $2 for every time I accidentally hit the internet on my phone...and they have no way to stop it..according to them. This month, 3 of us accident hit internet, so I have an extra $6 on my bill. You can tell we immediately hit the end button -
I am furious they nickel and dime you for an error...I didn't design the phone, but if I could, I'd make a phone where it wasn't so easy for you to click on the internet.
Your thoughts?
I am not referring to the IPhone here - you can access the internet becuase you pay for it $30 a month. I get that.
It's the other phones that I don't want /can afford internet rates on. We just use them for calling / texting. I don't intend to use the intenet, but if I accidentally press on the internet key, I get charged $2 for tying to access the internet. Get it now?
