ATT UVERSE INTERNET and PHONE?

I have just signed up for ATT UVERSE INTERNET and PHONE.
Is a download speed of 3 mbps good for 3 computers, or should i upgrade to 6 mbps?

Also how is the phone line quality? is it crystal clear with no disruptions/interference?
