Att to T-Mobile

I'm extremely new to Blackberry. My mom used to have it with ATT but shes with a local phone company in Florida and she gave me her phone. I unlocked it and now I'm using my t-mobile sim card....I didnt have any kind of data plans but I'm getting the unlimited blackberry plan wit t-mobile. I just needed a little help with trying to configure my phone to the t-mobile settings....Can anyone help me please

Once you get the data plan, you will need to go to Options>Advanced>TCP and enter "wap.voicestream.com". That will enable any and all 3rd party apps you install to access the internet connection.
 
Anything that needs to be done to make it work like T-Mobile...does that sound crazy???? lol...i dont really knw anything about operating systems or anything of that sort, I just wanted to knw what changes did I need to make...The only thing I've done was put in the unlock code. All I can do is sms text and call...Can I use my faves, or tzones or anything like that?
 
Okay thanks...well I guess I'll be back for further assistance on May 6th because thats when my data plan will take in affect...In the meantime there's nothing I can do??? is it possible 2 change the at&t logo that comes on at start-up???
 
Okay thanks alot....I added it but being that my billing cycle starts on the 6th i just decided to wait til then....even if I have the unlimited messaging i cant send mms??
 
nope it requires the BB data plan, they do have a mms enabler but thats just a hassle if ur already in the stages of getting a data plan

May still need to be pushed by tmobile and that would more than liekly require your data plan but I could be wrong. Sounds more like a ota software push or update~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
