Att smart phone plan details?

If you want an iphone you need a smartphone plan i think. Is there a family smart phone plan or is it per person only? If so what is the price for unlimited web and texting?
 
data plans are per phone......I got a family voice plan and I'm the only one with a data plan...

unlimited data is $30/mo
unlimited texting $20/mo <<< for texting u can choose a familiar plan (unlimited txt for all the phones on your account) for $30/mo
