att SIM card replacement?

If I replaced my SIM card from att that I lost. Would my phone number change? And would I have to get a new two year contract?

I've had to replace my card twice, and never had to change my number. The only downside is, you might lose all of your contacts. So make sure you have all of them written down, or if this doesn't even matter to you, then you'll be fine. They won't make you sign a new two year contract, and your number won't change. They'll just give you a new sim card, plain and simple. Hope this helped. =]
