for my boyfriend. he hates dealing with customer service.
He got behind and didn't pay the internet bill. They shut off the internet service completely. He has just caught up on bills and sent the 174.00 that he owed to AT&T by money order sunday.
Someone told me because we were behind and we want services turned back on that we will have to open a new account and do auto-pay? we dont pay by CC. we do check. so are we just screwed?
Should we go with a different internet service?
