My phone wont turn on completely so AT&T is sending me a replacement phone. They said that if there was any physical damage they were going to charge me. My phone is the pantech matrix and it has a loose slide.
Since the slide is loose will they charge me? I'm worried because i cant afford it if they charge me.
If they determine that its physical damage, is there any way that i can cause them to not charge me?
