ATT Phones with full keyboards WITHOUT data plans?

I just need a phone with a qwerty keyboard, without a data plan. /:

Because my mom refuses to pay for one.



Could I get a phone like the LG Xenon, and pay for the data plan for one month then cancel it?

Because I don't need the plan, I have unlimited messages and I don't need to use the internet, because of my laptop.
 
you can get any phone without a data plan then add it later. I have the iphone 3g and had the data plan then cancelled it then added it. I also had the samsung propel which was a pretty good phone i also did not have a data plan on that
