Atonement

I was just reading Saoirse Ronan qho played your Brionys imdb profile and it turns out she is going to play Susie Salmon in the Peter Jacksons adaptation of the Lovely Bones(which I think she is perfectly suited for), good for her, she's got a great career ahead of her, amazing presence.

saw this last night and thought it was pretty good, although the start was a bit slow.

the scene on the beach at Dunkirk was just amazing tho' - worth seeing at the cinema for that scene alone, a truly breathtaking single shot.

Hey guys, i finally saw Atonement today, a good movie - i recommend it, James was great as usual, when he cries it makes me want to cry, and those blue eyes :D

Keira was great too, and also the little girl who plays Briony and also the older Briony

But James was the best, i love the guy ever since i saw him in Shameless

Also brought the book lol

Went at weekend to see this - thought it was good but not brilliant - v slow in places - Keira was just thin and posh as usual - agree the child actress was the best in it, but James looked pretty fit

Went to see it two weeks ago and still haven't got over the disappointing performances of Kneightly and MCAvoy althought I thought the sister's performance as a child and when a nurse was outstanding.
The only saving grace the film had was its brilliant cinimatography(sp)which was quite breathtaking, scenes at Dunkirk etc.

I finally saw it last night. I was a tad disappointed as I let myself be hyped and, I've read and loved the book. I thought some bits were too slow and could have been chopped.

I thought James McAvoy was really good, as was the young Briony. Keira Knightley was okay but she had little to work with.

It was filmed beautifully though.

omg i just saw this because its on sky anytime, im in love it was the film of my life, bearing in mind im only 15 so i havent watched that many but it was amazing imo
