I went to my ATM machine this morning to take out some money with my unemployment card, something I have done several times and it came back with that message. I know there is money on the card. I have no idea what this means and being it's not even 7am yet I can't reach anyone at the bank or my unemployment office, they are not doing any computer checks or anything of the sort, and I need to get this cash and do something today
