Been taking 1mg of ativan for 4 weeks. Tapering down to .5mg for the past 6 days...feeling ok - ringing in ears, insomina...5-6 hours sleep...headache. I do have Temporal Lobe Epilepsy - I'm very worried...I do not have health insurance and do not want to end up in the E.R. -
I need a taper schedule - What do I do next? The pharmacist says .25 for a few days, the internet say differently...I'm confused! Please help!
