Athiests can you swear on the bible to tell the truth in court?

They haven't been doing this in the U.S. for a while.

Besides, why don't you go pick on Jews/Muslims about this?
If anything I think it's more insulting to swear on a religious text that your religion says is going to send you to hell than having to swear on a book that you think is utter BS.
 
If you don't believe in the bible what physical object and words do you use to swear that you are telling the truth? Do you just tell the judge you are an atheists and they skip that part?
I am in Australia so I am not sure about the U.S legal system however when I see some Hollywood movies I see them using the bible
