Atheists, who made the robber go to jail... the judge or the robber?

I just asked a similar question few minutes ago, but some people didn't get my point; so here we go again:

Saying that God caused someone to go to hell would be like blaming and saying the judge forced the robber to go to jail. The robber brought it on himself; there is a well laid out law that should be obeyed, but he willingly and freely went contrary to it.

God doesn't send anyone to hell; we have a choice to make...Heaven or Hell. We can choose heaven, but if we don't then automatically we're choosing hell.

Think of an election, you can vote for your candidate of choice, but if you sit idly by without voting, automatically you just cost your choice candidate one step closer to winning. You were walking and saw a pit hole in front of you, but you kept on walking towards it, because you didn't feel like taking a different route; when you eventually fall in, who would you blame?

Any sincere thoughts on these?
