Atheists! Do you consider inferential logic in any way useful in a debate?

For example: When a 'christian' asks, "Can't you see all the wonders of the Universe around you? How can you not believe that God made all this?" do you just about spit up explosively?
 
Inferential logic can only be be used if there is objective evidence. And since much of the "wonders of the Universe" can be explained without a deity, the argument becomes a logical fallacy.
