The Law of Conservation of Energy States that energy can never be created nor destroyed.
Albert Einstein Proved that Everything in the World is energy, therefore You are energy.
You can never be created, nor destroyed. You have always existed, and you will always exist.

Yes, I am aware that energy changes forms, which means when we lose our bodies, our energies can never die, so won't we continue to exist just in a different form,
We are mind, body, and soul, our mind and body my dissipate, but our soul is essence and energy, so can it every dissipate?
@ aaronmsl....I am not confusing anything, clearly you are confused and haven't done research on whether or not everything inch of your body is energy down to the tiniest particle. If you think this argument is pointless, why are u commenting? And I'm not trying to prove anything, since it has already been proven.
@ Trog Thirtyfive- since your such a genius why don't you lead the way. Just as I suspected, no Logical disputes to my query, only blind denial guess no one goes for the Best Answer anymore!
If you cannot give a logical, scientific, dispute, without referring to religious doctrine, please do no comment.
Albert Einstein proposed mass–energy equivalence in 1905.
The equation E = mc2 indicates that energy always exhibits mass in whatever form the energy takes. Mass–energy equivalence also means that mass conservation becomes a restatement, or requirement, of the law of energy conservation, which is the first law of thermodynamics. Mass–energy equivalence does not imply that mass may be "converted" to energy, and indeed implies the opposite.
Einstein was the first scientist to propose the E = mc2 formula and the first to interpret mass–energy equivalence as a fundamental principle that follows from the relativistic symmetries of space and time.
