Atheists/Agnostics: Are you at ease discussing religion with members of your...

I am not a proselytizer. I would not presume to discuss my religion with anyone that didn't ask. My family knows where I stand. No one in my family discusses religion. It's personal with them. My husband, son and father are atheist. Sometimes we discuss it.

Yes, my whole family is aware of my thoughts and I theirs. I have other atheists in my family as well as theists and agnostics.

Yup have been since i was 7, i am now 26. Basically my whole family have made the switch from Catholic to either Agnostic and/or Atheism.

Yes.
And the conversations sometimes get very interesting.
I also make it clear to them that they're my family, I love them and cherish my relationship with them...but I don't hide who I am, or pretend that I share their delusion (I'm the only atheist in the family).

Peace.

Every one in both families are in a silent agreement, we don't discuss politics or religion and we all get along fine.
My family is a lot different than my In-laws!
So those two subjects are taboo. (Every once in a while discussions get heated, mostly about politics.)
Not that any one is a fundie bible thumper or anything, but, we are very different non the less.

No I am not. My mom hates that I'm not a Christian. For one she takes it personally like I'm doing it to repudiate her. And also she is convinced I'm going to hell. So it's best we just not talk about it. My sister and dad, we don't talk about it.

I am at ease. As an Agnostic, I don't really get offended or affected by anything religious people have to say.

Religion and Spirituality doesn't affect me like it affects Atheists.
