i am 20 years old and been working for this company for about a year now, i work in retail in a popular woman's clothing store. During my time here many sales associates come and go for this specific reason......so the entire place is ran by favoritism....for example the manager gives more hours to her friend than anyone else,(yes common but this girl tries on clothes in the fitting room on her shift), the manager gives this guy mmore hours and does NOTHING either i saw him doing SITUPS...he said he was bored while i was sweating trying to get racks of clothes on the floor! another example is when a coworker deleted the manager on facebook because she didnt want her checking everything....since then shes been giving her four hours a week! yes i know of course ,managers will have their favorites and im not usually the one to complain but who can i bring this up to? i know if i mention this to the managers ill be getting even less hours.....
at work, who can i complain to about this?
