At what point is Obama impeachable?

It's clear Obama knew about the job offers to numerous politicians in order to keep them from running. It's clear that he knew about the corruption scandals surrounding the Blago trial.

Obviously these are illegal things. At what point is Obama impeachable for these things?

if bush wasn't impeached, obama definitely shouldn't be impeached.

although if a big enough scandal does come along, the president should be held accountable
