At what age is it ok to do nude photography of babies?

If it is distributed as porn, it is porn whether the child is one hour old or 14 years old. Watch out, you are in treacherous waters, buddy boy. A judge would make the determination, and it could involve the photographer, even if the pictures may have been innocent, if they showed up in a child porn circuit.
 
in any picture the genitals shouldn't be showing. My little cousin when he was 8 months old was nude as a baby angel i would say anything after a year it shouldn't be done.
 
Actually, don't think that just because it's not presented as porn that you still can't get into hot water over it.

There was a recent story about a couple who took some innocent pictures of their 1-2 year old kids in the bathtub and I think a few when they were in their bathing suits around a pool. Nothing raunchy, just normal pictures that normal parents take of thier kids.

Well, they took the pictures to be developed at Wal-mart or something and an employee called the cops and the parents got custody taken away for a little while.

I think they did get thier kids back and are suing, but they still had to go through hell for a few weeks over people being overly sensitive about this stuff.
