end? Lawsuit question? I was pretty injured in a car accident. It was a solo car accident going 80 miles per hour and I was unbiased in the back seat. I have a rib fracture, cervical strain and a lumbar strain. The driver only has liability on his car, however he still lives with his parents and he is 22 years old. I heard the parents can be financially liable if the child is still dependent on them.
