Remember, he might want to have sex with at least one sexy 18 year old woman throughout his life, whether he's 18 or he's still a virgin at 30 years old.
But one thing you can't argue is that 30 year old virgins can't be quite as sexually active physically as an 18 year old can be. So eve if he they finally have sex at 30 and do this with LOTS of women to make up for lost time to make up for all the women he's never had sex with, he will never know how it would've felt had he did it in his teens. This lack of knowledge, lack of knowing how it would've felt in his teens, he will never know for the rest of his life so that's gotta be at least a little sad.
No man or woman should be a virgin at 30 years old or even at 25 years, in fact, I believe everyone should have sex and do it with at least several members of the opposite sex by no later than age 22, meaning if you're 23 and still a virgin than it starts to become sad. 22 year olds are probably still young enough to do it like teenagers or just barely or the decline in seual capabilites would be so minute that no one would notice, but again, 23 and on up is starting to push it.
