I am looking to buy a mustang and the seats are so narrow carseats just don't fit right. I have a 5 and 7 yr old and was wondering if it was against TX law to just put them in seatbelts.
Good question Tracie. Infact not just by Texas law but all 50 states requrie all children under the height of 4'9 to be in a safety seat. Age is not important in this case.
