At the K3 medical, which will be in London, UK, what will they test for?

Will they test my hair follicle? My wife has petition for a K3 (I-129F) visa for me. My vary of the medical, which will be held at the London, UK, USA embassy, as anyone would be. What do they test for? Do they test Hair follicle, if so, how far back do they test for? Do they just follow form I-693, exactly? Can someone please provide with an accurate answer/tell me their experience for a K3 medical in London. Thanks
