I hope it is 1 or under!

We are trying to stop the increase in STDs and lower the teenage pregnancy numbers!!

Teenager's are TOO STUPID to have sex.

i seem to remember reading something a few years ago that the average age people loose their virginity is about 20-21
 
I had only 2 by 18. Didnt loose my virginity til I was 16 and that is actually on the older side compared to a lot of the people I went to school with. I knew 3 girls that had already had kids by the end of freshman year. It may not sound like a lot but I thought it was crazy!

There's a good chance teens would be too embarrashed to buy a condom...and then they have sex...and they're surprise a baby is here...
 
well at this day and age is hard telling, if a person has morals 0 to 1 now if they dont average for male 2 to 5 female 1 to 8
