AT&T Service

I feel like my AT&T service is horrible compared to other cell phone providers. I feel like half the time I have horrible service, while Verizon seems to have at least 2 bars more. Why is this?
 
It depends on the area you are located. It also depends on the phone you have. Samsung phones generally get worse reception from ATT. Not sure why but the Motorola phones get better than the Samsung. If it is an IPHONE then they could be switching over towers in your area. It could also be a phone specific defect. Try another phone and see if your service improves.
