Okay I am going to try and explain this the best I can. I got a Samsung Impression Phone May 2009 and around December 2009 the screen stopped working. So after talking with AT&T they replaced my phone with a new Samsung Impression. I got the new phone in December 2009 a few days later. Now (May 2010) My phone's screen stops working. and what i mean by that is the touch screen wont work, wont let me press anything, and i can't access anything without it. My questions are that if I call AT&T again, will they just send me another Samsung Impression again that will just eventually do the same thing? Or, will I be able to get a different kind of phone?
