AT&T Samsung Eternity...Block unwanted caller

I have this Samsung Eternity from AT&T...and the same caller who calls in the middle of the night. I don't know who it is but it's a fax machine. AT&T is of no help when it comes to blocking this call. Can someone help me

This is easy to take care of with the Eternity. From your main screen hit your green call button on thephone, this will bring up a list of all inbound and outbound calls. Click on the number that is giving you problems, this will then give you a screen showing details about the number such as when they called, at the bottom you will see an option to "Block caller" Hope this helps.
