J Jessica T New member Mar 10, 2010 #1 ok im selling a phone i bought on ebay and it is the brand AT&T but it has a cingular card does that mean the phone is unlocked or locked...locked means it has to be used with At&t and unlocked mean it dosnt...thanks for the help
