Go ask someone at a Radio Shack, as they get paid to answer questions like this and I don't. Also, try checking the two year contract you signed. Why doesn't anyone read legal documents? Generally if you are buying the phone without an additional and different two year contract, you pay full price for it. (Way more than free.)

YES YOU CAN ACTUALLY THATS HAPPEND TO MANY PEOPLE AND THEY CALL ATT AND TELL THEM THE SAME THING YOU JUST SAID AND THEY GETT DIFFRENT PHONES. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD GETT AN IPHONE.
if you have an at&t phone and it breaks and you have insurance on the phone can you switch your phone to a different phone if you pay the difference or like the 2 year price difference because i already signed a 2 year contract a few months ago. I have an lg vu and it is the most horrible phone ive ever came face to face with it i cant check my voice mail it freezes it turns off by it self when im on the phone sometimes it wont charge or turn on at all. i have insurance on the phone but i want a differnt phone. i want to know if i pay the differnce in the 2 year price can i get a new phone
