AT&T 4G Data w. Tethering for HTC Surround, how do I use it?

I upgraded my AT&T data plan to the DataPro 4G with Tethering for Smartphones plan today and can not figure out how to enable the tethering. I had a service rep confirm that my data plan upgrade went through OK, so it's not that. How do you activate/enable tethering once you have the plan?
