I have dreams sometimes, i don't see anything and im waking up and i hear a woman screaming, in pain. Usually after that i breath heavily and have a glass of water. It happened a few times before.. what is this called?
i wouldnt call it a dream - i diddnt see or feel anything, i just heard it.

how do you normaly feel when this happens? afraid, paranoid, or uncertain? the fact that you hear screeming could mean you have clairaudience. this means that you hear things that other people can't (like maybe ghosts and things) ask people living around you to see if they hear this screaming too. if it happens again, and it sounds the same, it could be a reoccuring nightmare. maybe have a look at your family past ayone related to you die painfully? just a few options to look into, as crazy as they all sound. hope this helps :)

dejavu,

if its the exact same tone pitch scream, its a hard one to answer i have experienced similar, kinda telepathic shit lol

ummm i have to just give my opinion pretty much someone wrote it.

is there anyone at all u know who is a woman and would be screaming for a good/bad reason. ie) child birth or abuse, murder blah blah it just seems odd, if you keep hearing this not sure if your into it but you should go see a psychic or something like that who may be able to give you more reason to this....

It is possible for some of your dreams, images or sound, to seem like they have escaped into reality, as your brain might not have woken up yet. It is pretty scary stuff. For the woman screaming, is there a person, female in particular, going through any pain in your life right now? Is someone pregnant? It could be a woman enduring child labor....

You just hear it, and wake up?

What color do you see, is it dark or white?

It could be your body telling you to wake up. If you breath heavily when you awaken, it could be your body has stopped breathing, and someone close to you telling you to wake up to cue your breathing again. If your not seeing anything but you hear it, it reminds me of a dead body laying there, and it not breathing, and someone discovering it and screaming.

Does that make sense?
