...Patrick Stewart in credits? First - that is NOT Patrick Stewart's voice - it's some guy who sounds 'a little' like Stewart. Second, the face looked like Stewart, but it wasn't 100% right. The green-screen with the kids running to the helicopter was the worst I've ever seen - just horrible.

Does anyone know if they got (or had to get) Patrick Stewart's permission to use his likeness (assuming that was not him?)

The ending I saw on this DVD from Red Box was the retracting blade, the hand feeling around for the face, the eyes opening and the mouth visible before you hear "Shhhhh"

Yes, you are correct, thats very very CGI.

this is what wikipedia says:
"A digitally rejuvenated Patrick Stewart also makes an uncredited cameo as a younger Charles Xavier who had not yet lost the use of his legs."

But it doesn't say if Stewart actually aproved it.
