At American schools did you learn the history of Brazil?

We learned some very broad information about the native peoples and how they were conquered, and how to find it on a map, but that's it.

Hello, people.

Did you learn the geography and history of Brazil at American schools?
At my Brazilian schools, I've learned the geography and history from the USA.

no, not that i recall. But once I came
to college I took a globalization and development class and we learned a bit there.

Somewhat, but very briefly. Of course we know the Amazon River and the Amazon Rainforest. Mostly just South America in general. It's good that your nation is opening up educational windows. I applaud your educational system. If only we could learn more about Brazil instead of the basic features.
