asus tool flashed my bios and then stopped working?

what can i do, i cant even get back in to that tool now i think my bios is deleted is their anyway i can fix this i have a rom downloaded and i've been trying tot solve this for the last couple hours

please help please give me a easy fix
anyway of installing that rom from windows?
