The mass of the intermediate vector boson W+ (ans of its antiparticle, the W-) is 85.6 times the mass of the proton. The weak nuclear force involves the exchange of the W+ and the W-
a. find the rest energy of the W+. give anser in GeV

I'm completely lost and have no idea how to find this. please HELP
