Taking astronomy and learning absolute magnitude, and I came upon a question where I have to rank the brightness of each star as it appears in the sky from greatest to least. Now they gave me an image and the absolute magnitudes are 4, -1, 6, 2, 1. How do I solve something like this? I thought it would be -1. 1. 2. 4. and then 6. but idk?
