A) an active galactic nucleus.
B) a supermassive black hole.
C) powered by nuclear fusion.
D) powered by accretion.
E) very luminous

I believe it is either B or C. I have read that quasars have been associated with black holes but are not black holes themselves. Can someone clarify this for me please?
