galaxies group together to form galaxy clusters which group together to form star sectors which can something group together to form, aaah??, universes, I guess. They can also collaspe into a super-massive black hole.

Galaxies form clusters and superclusters. Superclusters tend to be arranged in thread-like patterns called filaments. Filaments are the largest scale structure that we are aware of in the universe.
