astronauts internal organs?

i have a question that do astronauts undergo any special internal organ training before going to space. e.g when we go to space, there is no gravity, does the internal organs like heart and kidneys etc get messed up? do they float in the body??
 
Yes, they go through much training.
and the bones get adapted to the enviroment overtime
