What do I do if Im having an asthma attack and I cant find my rescue inhaler?
Is there anything I can do or Is there anything that'll help calm me down?

plz help
 
Hi I have had asthma for as long as I remeraber so I know how you feel. First as your doctor for a home machine so you can inhale the needed medication if you cant breath, but always have your rescue inhaler with you at all times, I dont go anywhere without. Hope this helps. sherry
 
Hot coffee or tea will open the airways (it has to be hot with no milk but sugar is ok)..... and buy/refill more ventolin puffers ...they're a life saver...literally!!
