In short I could say that I almost died at age 9 in east Texas one night when I had a 8 hour bout with asthma .Of course parents never took you to doctor unless your dying and I was.But I survived and have been cursed with it ever since.Love to jog but sometimes I cant jog 20 steps before I have to quit.Then sometimes I can go 2 miles.But I continue with hopes it will increase my lung capacity.Then the miracle discovery happened.My dad has a triple bypass and his doc puts him on high doses of nyacin.So dad says I need to start taking it now before its to late but for my heart..I took regular vitamins anyway but not high doses for fear of toxcity.So i Started taking a 1000mg mg nyacin and 1000 mg of Vit C in addition to regular vit.Low and behold a few weeks later I am jogging and notice I can breath with ease and its easy.This goes on for 6 months thru all weather changes and no asthma.I can jog forever now with no breathing problem..Wish I had known 40 years earlier but I still Praise God for taking that horible afflection away.I can breathe so deep and clear it almost feels euphoric..Good Luck and God Bless
