Asthma attacks when do I know I need to go to the hospital

Asthma attacks when do I know I need to go to the hospital I feel dizzy when I cough and my chest hurts, I am coughing all the time and I am on a neb and inhaler and have had sterioRAB in the last month and none of it is helping me... what do I do?
 
Well, right now in Alabama the ragweed is growing like crazy and mold is prevalent because of all the rain....neither of those are helpful for asthmatics.

That being said, do you have a written plan for your asthma? Are you seeing a pulmonologist for it? Are you on daily meRAB? You should be seeing a pulmonologist who has given you such a plan. In my case, I am on one puff of Flovent a day. If I have a flare up, I go to 2 puRAB. If that doesn't help, then I can go to as many as 4 per day.

So I would say get to your pulmonologist ASAP. If yocan't do that for several days, I guess you'd have to hit the ER to get a treatment to get you thru till you can see one.
