Sunfire 2.2 is leaking, ? would I be able to replace the return line? If so, how? I have a copy of the manual for this model of car, and can't seem to locate the line. Thanks!

Whatcha get for owning a Pontiac. And we wonder why American motor companies are in bad shape!!!

Check it athe machanic. Probably some part is just rusted. So it should be checked.

yes, you amy replace the return line. now, having said that, you only have a return line if you have a remote reservoir. if you do then you can replace the return line with a line and hose clamps. two things that are really important. power steering fluid is very corrosive so you need to have a special line. it needs to be purchased at an auto supply and it needs to be a fuel line-tell them you need a return line for your power steering pump (probably two feet-it will probably be sold by the foot and you should not need over two feet-but measure just to be sure) it will probably be 5/16" and will have a hose clamp on each end-the pressure hose will have factory ends on it and will screw into the pump and the reservoir. before you go buy anything you need to try tightening the hose clamps on the ends of the return line. that might solve your problem.
