I'm new to asp.net, so bare with me.... I created a website, quite a few pages, all was working well; then I opened the website in Visual Studio yesterday and nothing in the ContentPlaceHolder on any of the pages are showing up now in Design view - but when I run the website everyone is shown. Is there a way to show all the items in design view? I'm a little stuck.
